Update: As of 10 / 23 / 24, this base NeoCities Volume 1 is now Public Domain. However, you must abide with the following:

1. To avoid story contradictions with the NekoWeb list of volumes, have a twist of Volume 1 be set in a separate universe or reality. (i.e Earth ##)
2. Have said twist be done in a creative and thoughtful manner. Take your time. There's no need to rush. I want to see actual effort.
3. If you wish to have a crossover with the main NekoWeb story, then please contact me first. You can do so through my SpaceHey / Bluesky page.
4. The NekoWeb content (volumes, characters, lore) can be turned into artworks and full on animations. Just be sure you follow the details really good.
5. As for the characters, if you have further questions on what their appearances look like, then use either my SpaceHey or Bluesky handles. Or both.
6. Lastly, to revise Rule 1, the content on NekoWeb is also proper Public Domain. Again, be sure to set any creative derivative work in an alternate reality.
7. The alternate reality in question can still take place in a same multiverse. To elaborate on Rule 6, each finished volume and general content are Public Domain.
