The current year on this Earth is 2053. On this variant of the planet we know, a new state in North America exists named Cascada.

If you were to map this version of the US onto the one we're familiar to, then Cascada would be in between Wisconsin and Illinois.

The alternate universe state of Cascada gets it's name from the Spanish translation of waterfall, referencing the one at it's capital.

Born inside the state, a young celebrity named Carl Herman Kage has became a role model for others through his genuine personality.
